OK, not exactly sure what's going on here. If you have a router, try shutting it down and leave it off for a minute. Then turn it back on again to see if it fixes the problem.

This log is clean also.

no router i have a Lan connection for internet basically its DSL/CABLE connection and i have installed SP2 of XP seperately and after that the software which connects doent start.

That might explain it. Try removing XP SP2 and see if that will fix up the connection problem. If so, download and install XP SP1a instead.
