Ad-aware - not an option to select

I do not get the option to select "During removal, unload Explorer and IE if necessary" under "Cleaning Engine". The option is greyed out.
Also when "Deleting Selection" it can run for hours and I end up stopping it.
I have attached my log file from Ad-aware
