This is bugging the heck out of me. I was in Add/Remove Programs and saw a program called ArcSoft Software Suite. I have no idea what this program is, and can't find it anywhere in Explorer. I tried to remove it, and Windows is telling me it cannot find the uninstall file. Any help would be appreciated ....

Do you use a camera with your pc?? if so hook your camera upto the pc, click on the camera icon, or the arcsoft icon, and click clear registry, the goto the add/remove programs and click remove.

Thnaks so much for your reply. Your answer reminded me that my Panasonic FZ-10 Lumix DID have some software with it that I installed, but never used. I checked it and sure enough .. it was ArcSoft. Anyway, I re-installed the ArcSoft, and can now un-install it at any time. Thanks again !!!
