Adult URLs in IE history: Possible Hijack?

Hi all,

Recently while trying to do something in regedit, I discovered a number of adult related URLs in my I.E. history (the drop-down menu in the run command pointed me in that direction).

I am the only one that use the computer and while looking over my history, apparently two days ago I visited over 30+ adult sites. Upon discovery, I've turned off my Internet connection to this laptop and am debating whether or not I should re-install. My only guess is this may be some sort of a viral backdoor that's turning my computer into a drone to make someone money by going to those sites (one of them was a direct link to a free email sign-up page).

The following is my hijackthis log. I hope I can avoid re-installation unless absolutely necessary. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
