I don't see anything in the log. What's the problem?

How many computers do you have? <_<

I have two computers... it's just that the other HJT Log I ran was one of my friend's computers since he had so much stuff on it. And what's wrong with this computer is that it will always disconnect when my dad is playing Yahoo Backgammon... I've tried to solve the problem countless times... yet none of the Administration or Staff find anything. It's not my internet because it doesn't disconnect when playing on the new computer (Which I am usually on).

Does it lose connection to the network too, or just the Internet?

It comes with a box that says close, and we are forced to click it since nothing else will work. And when we do, the internet kind of turns off for a bit, and the background says click here to restore your desktop. When we try to go back playing on the site, it won't work on some of the links, so we have to restart the computer, then it will work.

I'm not the network expert here, but it sounds like you may be having trouble with your Network Interface Card (NIC).

What does the box say besides "close"?
A Network Interface Card (NIC) is the object in your computer that allows you to access a network. Without it you would not be able to access the internet through your router or anything on the other computer on the network.
