Guys,

Title says it all. A lot of the sites either time out or take an eternity to come up. On the same computer (dual boot) Firefox running under Linux is fine. I've run all the major malware/spyware removal software like Adware, Ewido, Spybot S&D, etc. But the problem still remains. Any help or hints on what to do next would be gratefully received.

Regards

Thanks darth_ash. I ran Firetune and Firefox is behaving much better. But I think it may be a combination of Firetune and a few other malware/spyware removal programs which did the trick. Thanks for your help.
