Hi i suspect i have been infected with a virus, but i dont know which one:

when windows starts i get repeated rundll32.exe errors, and the norton antivirus tells that a program has modified my security, but when i run the antivirus, the PC reboots when scanning for viruses

apart from this, i CAN connect to the internet with my ISP, but i cant view pages (sometimes getting iexplore errors), cant connect to MSN, internet games etc

something funny too is that i can surf the internet, etc from a PC connected by LAN to the infected host.

any idea of what i can do?

thx

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
