Hello, hello

I think I need some help. I've managed to remove some spy/adware from my compu and bit by bit I learn to deal with my compuproblems. There is only one worm that keeps sticking up; ??rss.exe
Here is my log from hijack this, I really hope there's someone who can help me (and can explain it to me :-), how to solve my problem. Lots of thanx!

Joop

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
