Hi natesnewschool and Welcome to GeekstoGo!

Not exactly sure what kinda format you did but you sure got some bugs in there!

Please temporily disable TeaTimer in Spybot S&D as it may prevent part of this fix:
Open Spybot and click on Mode, check Advanced Mode:
Check yes to next window.
Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner:
Click on Resident. Uncheck Resident "TeaTimer" box.
Close Spybot. Reboot your computer.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Download Pocket KillBox from here:
http://www.bleepingc...les/killbox.php
There is a Direct Download and a description of what the Program does inside this link.

Click Start-> Click Run-> Type in Services.msc and Click OK!

Scroll that list and locate these entries

Local Security Authority Server
Mouse Click Monitor
Windows Configuration Loader
Windows Process Moniter

Right Click each entry and Select Properties-> Click Stop-> Go up and change the Startup Type to Disabled

Exit the Services Page!

Open Pocket Killbox and Copy&Paste the entries below into the "Full Path of File to Delete"

C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\winmon.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsasrv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mousecm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchosts.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\smssa.exe

As you paste each into Killbox, place a tick next to "Delete on Reboot"

Click the Red Circle with the White X in the Middle to Delete!

Click "Yes" to Confirm

Click "No" to Reboot

Once at the last file

Click "Yes" to Confirm

Click "Yes" to Reboot

If you get a PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process! message then just restart manually.

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

Run all those files through Killbox again, this time place a tick by these

"Standard File Kill"
"End Explorer Shell while Killing File"

Click the Red Circle with the White X in the Middle to Delete!

Open HijackThis and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet!

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System Service] svchosts.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Session Manager Subsystem] smssa.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [System Service] svchosts.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Session Manager Subsystem] smssa.exe

O23 - Service: Local Security Authority Server (LSA Server) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsasrv.exe (file missing)

O23 - Service: Mouse Click Monitor (mousecm) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\mousecm.exe

O23 - Service: Windows Configuration Loader - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe

O23 - Service: Windows Process Moniter - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\winmon.exe

Now Make sure ALL WINDOWS and BROWSERS are CLOSED and hit the Fix Checked Button!

Click Start-> Click Run-> Copy&Paste each command below into the Open Box and Click OK!

sc delete LSA Server

sc delete mousecm

sc delete Windows Configuration Loader

sc delete Windows Process Moniter

Now Open up Ewido and Scan the entire System-> Clean all it finds-> Make sure to click the tab to Save a Report!

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>Close>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!!

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
Panda Active Scan

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work!

Save the Report it generates!

Once that scan is completed, download and Install the following

Please download WebRoot SpySweeper from HERE (It's a 2 week trial):
  • Click the Free Trial link on the right - next to "SpySweeper for Home Computers" to download the program.
  • Install it.
  • Once the program is installed, it will open.
  • It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
  • Once the definitions are installed, click Sweep Now on the left side.
  • Click the Start button.
  • When it's done scanning, click the Next button.
  • Make sure everything has a check next to it, then click the Next button.
  • It will remove all of the items found.
  • Click Session Log in the upper right corner, copy everything in that window.
  • Click the Summary tab and click Finish.
  • Paste the contents of the session log you copied into your next reply.
Once all is completed-> Post a fresh HijackThis log along with the Reports from SpySweeper-> Ewido and Panda!
