Hello anyone that can help me ...

I am trying to open Hijack this and it won't open. As soon as I click on it I get an error saying Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close....WHAT??? I am also getting this error message as I am doing many different things...I need to br able to open Hijack this so I can begin to deal with other issues on this thing.....HELP!!

Hi Artsyblnd and welcome to GTG!

Have you tried booting into safe mode (tap the F8 repeatedly on boot and select Safe Mode from the menu) and running HJT from there?
