user account problem

My problem is that i cant get into the user account section in the control panel. I am planing on makeing a seperate account so i can limit what my friends can do. Ive been haveing alot of problems lately but i have to wait untill winter untill i can built a new computer :tazz:

What do u mean by "Can't get into User accounts"? It gets stuck? Its not there in control panel?

i am loged on in a admin account and in the control panel once i click on user accounts all that happens is the window pops up for like 2 seconds and closes.

Does it start from here:
Start->Run. Type nusrmgr.cpl. Press Enter.

Also, disable ur antivirus and try it again from Control Panel as well as by the method I mentioned above.

Did u try from Control Panel with Antivirus disabled?
Try this,
Start->Run. Type "compmgmt.msc". Press Enter.
In the left-hand pane. Expand Computer Management (Local), then expand
System Tools, then expand Local Users and Groups, click on Users; now in the right-hand pane U shall have a list of all User accounts.

hmmm well now on the log on screen all i see is my main account and not my guest account, and i do have the guest account not set to dissabled
