I cant get into safemode. I know i have a virus cos my comp is running really slow but it is not being found on normal mode.

Also my internet keeps disconnecting. My MSN keeps crashing. I cant write/burn any CDs.

Heres my Hijack this log. Could someone please let me know if anything is there that shouldnt be. Ive run all of my virus, adware, spyware etc

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
