I have to send this machine back to my system administrator to upgrade to Windows XP. I am concerned about any "embarrassing" internet browsing history that may have been stored on this machine by some of the guys here. How do I insure that all browsing history is deleted and nothing is "embedded" that will pop up during the upgrade? My admin is planning on doing a total deletion of Windows 2000 and replacing with XP.

Download and install CleanUp! Here

Install it, then run it. Reboot.

It should take care of it. ;)
