Hi Trevuren,

Thank you for all your help. This forum (via you) has been the most helpful forum that I have ever visited. You were so thorough and your instructions were so detailed that it was very easy to cleanup my system (using your instructions). You responded very quickly in all cases helping me get my machine up and running in a short time. And the preventative instructions you gave me will help me so that this problem won't happen again. In the process of helping, you really educated me also. Again, thank you very very much. Take care.
