If your looking for quiet, buy Akasa.

If not, Antec or Hiper.

The good names I know are Enermax and Antec. I've had 2 Antec power supplies in 2 different machines and they've worked flawlessly.

PC Power and Cooling, Antec and Enermax in that order.

Hiper, ultra, Tagan , Akasa, Antec in that order more or less. Unless it comes in the case avoid antec because at least over here they are very expensive compared to better reviewed competition.
