I cannot download or install anything anymore. I have Windows 98 and have never had this problem before. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Can you give us any symptoms, what happens when you try to download a program, does the option box come up? Can you right clcik and "save target as"? Can you get to the point where installation starts, what happens then?
