Has anyone successfully upgraded Quicken Personal from V.7 for windows to Quicken 2005 AND IMPORTED THE OLD DATA. It's beaten me!

Is your old DATA in QIF format? If so Intuit discontinued support for QIF. You can see if their FAQ helps or you can use Quicken 2004 or M$ Money.

Quicken 2005 for Windows will no longer allow QIF Data Import for most account types.

FYI, I stopped using their TurboTax app after they tried using xp like activation and haven't looked back since, Taxcut works flawlessly.
