Firefox problem

I have been having problems with firefox for the last week. I can not get the dial-up menu to appear. It has been running fine since May but now it will not dial into the internet. The dial up menu does not appear. I have tried down loading a new copy and reinstalling it but that does not work. I have contacted my internet provider and they tell me that they do not support FireFox.

IE works fine.

I have tried first dialing and then opening firefox - that did not work. I tried opening firefox and then dialing - that did not work.

I do not know what else I can do.

Is there someone who can help me?
