After installing the Xoftspy when I open Quickbooks pro from Intuit I get the following error message: Your new add-in is trying ti install a menu item as it own descendant into Quickbooks. Please notify the add-in vendor of this problem in their product. Quickbooks will then open but is slow to open and close. Has anyone had this problem.

Xoftspy reply was:
"We do not interfere with QuickBooks. QuickBooks has its own autoupdate feature to keep itself up to date. I would go into QuickBooks and check the Check for Updates. It brings up a window which will show what it is trying to update."

I turned updates off and still have a problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
