Winfixer hijacking my computer from pop-up

Does anyone know how to keep winfixer from installing from a pop-up? Uninstalling works until it pops up again. I have 2 anti-popup programs, Trend Micro's PC-Cillin, Win Patrol, Ad-Aware and the pop-up still installs. My privacy is set on high and pop-ups are blocked except for allowed sites. The pop-up installs something called "prefetch" and I'm wondering if this is the malware that allows the installation. Does anyone know how to contact the Winfixer company?

Any help will be appreciated.
