This one looks suspicious:
C:\Program Files\MX240a\MX240a_AOL.exe

Right click on the file, click properties and look at the properties to see if it's a legitimate AOL file.

Oh thats the program for my wireless AOL instant messenger, i dont think theres anything wrong with that file, but i'll check it out. Other than that is there nothing else wrong?

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
