Step 1 malware problem

I am working on steps 1-5 of malware removal. I used clean up and deleted 792.8 MB of crap...then I used ad-aware...and now I have downloaded and run spybot s&d, but after finding the problems, during the delete stage windows goes into its blue screen, and all information is lost. What should I do now?
