OK, let's see if this tool can find it for us:

Right click on this link http://www.greyknigh...spy/RegSrch.vbs and choose 'Save As'. Save it somewhere. Now run that program and do a search for these files (if more than one, make sure to search and save them separately):

A6401F7C-CC65-7BF0-A1F2-45E0E6668FC7
ACB083C8-ECE1-6BB2-2830-3AF9148BA724

Save the file/files and post the results in the forum.

The results said that no instances were found of either one. I guess that's a good thing?!?!?!

Just want to make sure, so let's try one final method. And if that fails, we might have to leave it as is :tazz:

Download and install RegLite. Then run it. Put this in the top address field:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\

Hit Enter. See if you can find and delete:

A6401F7C-CC65-7BF0-A1F2-45E0E6668FC7
ACB083C8-ECE1-6BB2-2830-3AF9148BA724

Then go back to the address field and copy and paste this into it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\

Once again, see if you can find and delete those two entries in the {}.

After you do that, copy this in address field:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\

See if you can find and delete those two entries.

After you do all that (whether it worked or not), check those two O2 entries in HijackThis and fix it.

Restart and run a new scan. Still there?

Strange how you didn't see it when you went into the Registry Editor manually. This program revealed it for us ;)
