When I ran msconfig it showed smot and 410ir so I disabled them both

Was is set to Normal Startup before you diabled those entries? We want Normal Startup so that we're able to fix anything that doesn't belong.

When did you install SP2?

Have you checked which file system you're using?

Platform: Windows XP SP2

Windows XP Service Pack 2. You've always had SP1 in your previous logs.

It is now set to normal setup.

Let's see a fresh log.

We're going in circles here. <_<

SP2 didn't fully install because you're infected with malware. You're lucky it even rebooted.

These are the only malicious entries left in your log:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [h0tsRTM8R] 410ir.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Rpcr] C:\Documents and Settings\jason\Application Data\smot.exe

The preferred way to remove them is by using the Recovery Console on XP's Installation CD. But, since don't have the disk, we can use a Windows 98 boot disk if it's a FAT32 file system, or Knoppix if it's NTFS.

Next, I'd prefer to use the XP CD to perform a repair installation, or run System File Checker before installing SP2. But, again you don't have it. So, after we successfully remove these entries, try to install SP2 again. It may install successfully. It's also such a major upgrade that it may cure most if not all the Windows corruption problems.

Double-click My Computer.
Right-click each hard drive letter and choose Properties.
Navigate to the General tab. Here, Windows will identify the file system type.
Follow the previous steps for each drive letter, reply which ones are labeled FAT32 or NTFS

Not unless you want to delete everything from your system and start from scratch.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure. Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files:

c:\windows\system32\internst32@Cleared_.exe
c:\windows\system32\410ir.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\jason\Application Data\smot.exe
C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\

Next, Reboot in REGULAR mode, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Good catch Smokey! :D

I can't believe as many times as I looked at this log I missed that one! I was thinking it was the legitimate international keyboard driver. :D

I'm very hopeful this will help! <_<
