What's going on?, could use help
Network activity before logon

Hi there,
Could someone more capable than I,
have a look at my HijackThis.log?

Network activity before logon,
Empty error messages at startup and shutdown...
ie32upd still starting up, but files are missing..

If you could have a look I would be much obliged,

Kind regards,

Heather

Hi and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

I apologize for the delay getting to your log, the helpers here are very busy.
If you still need help, please post a fresh Hijack log, in this thread, so I can help you with your Malware Problems.

When you post your new log please check the margins and the spacing. It is very difficult to read your log as it is posted now.

If you have resolved this issue please let us know.

Thanks Buckeye, :tazz: sorry, I am new to this all, here is a new logfile.
( I did post a log several days ago on an other site, and got the reply that everything looked ok, but the problems still persist) ( besides this, I am in Holland now, working on a Dutch OS wich makes it all the more harder..)

I get some empty error messages, memory errors, and network activity before logon. and ie32upd still starts up.
I hope you'll find some errors, otherwise I am out of options.

Kind regards,

Heather.

Please disable Adaware's Adwatch as it can actually prevent the fix by Hijackthis.

Are you familiar with this program? Did you install it? Do you know what it does?

O2 - BHO: IEMan Class - {24100E69-977D-4AEF-9538-B0FE1DDCE584} - C:\Program Files\Incredi IE Manager\IEHelper.dll

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ie32upd] C:\WINNT\system32\ie32upd.exe

Delete this file:

C:\WINNT\system32\ie32upd.exe

If it won't allow you to delete it, use Hijackthis to delete it on reboot.
Open HijackThis, press the Open Misc. Tools section button, and press Delete a file on reboot ... , select the file, press Open and Yes to confirm.

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.
