if you are finding errors on the disks then your disks are the problem

you said you use 2 hard drives, do a checkdisk on the other hard drive that is not used to store the os to see if there are any erorrs present, if not load the os on the good hard drive and thru bios set the good drive as the starting os drive, boot to see what you get
