You got it Delete all of them listed there (one is a folder - delete that folder as well).

Your log is clean.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.

Yes. What this one does (at least one of them there) is that is monitors what you do online and then throws popups at your screen based on those online activities.
