Cannot Install Any Programs

First started when my Cd rom drives and Floppy Drive was ejected, then they came back and now I'm only showing one cd rom drive then i tried installing programs for virus protection or to just update or defrag, its saying I don't have the rights that I need to be an administrator, I don't have the password or login for that because I have never used it, what do I do now? Is this a virus? I don't have a Windows CD to even reinstall. HELP!
