my computer is starting itself up...usually starts up once every few hours....
I have ran adaware,spybot & symantec to look for problems, but i dont really know alot about computers so im hoping someone out there knows what im talking about :tazz:

tower will beep, yellow light flashes and pc powers itself up...its been doing it for about a week....

thanks in advance for your help !!!

One possible cause is that your Network Adapter has APM Mode Wake Up enabled, Automatic Power Managment, so that you can power up the computer remotely. Go to Network Connections, you may need to check both LAN and WAN connections, open Properties, highlight your network device, again choose Properties, check the setting I mentioned to see that it is disabled.
