Do you know what these entries are?

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Internet ExplorerSecurity] iesec.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ISC Services] isce.exe

I did some searching and I couldn't find anything on those executable files as they are listed. But was wondering if the link listed below is related to them? Did you download this program? If so, that may be why they are difficult to remove.
