Hi everyone,

I need to install the HP LaserJet 2430 printer on a WINNT4.0 machine.
So far I have done a network installation on the Windows XP machines.

After contacting HP Techsupport on how to correctly install this printer onto a WINNT4.0 machine, I learned that I need to create a new TCP/IP port and assign the printer's IP-address to that.

However when adding the port, it requests the files LexNetUI.cnt, LexNetUI.hlp and LexStart.exe

I have searched the net but can not find these files.
I have already downloaded and used the following files successfully:
mvntinst.dll, lexlmpm.dll, lexbce.dll, lexbcelm.dll, lexip32.dll and lexll32.dll

Can someone please tell me where I can find LexNetUI.cnt, LexNetUI.hlp and LexStart.exe?

Kind regards,
Ruben.

Solved ! :tazz:

The Technical staff from HP provided me with a tool that automatically creates an HP tcp/ip port.

Works well ;)
