Hello and welcome.. You have a impressive collection going on ;)

Please print these instructions out, or write them down, as you can't read them during the fix. Be sure to ask any questions before proceeding the fix.

Download smitRem.zip and save the file to your desktop.
Right click on the file and extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Place a shortcut to Panda ActiveScan on your desktop.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

If you have not already installed Ad-Aware SE 1.06, follow these download and setup instructions, otherwise, check for updates:
Ad-Aware SE Setup
Don't run it yet!

Download CleanUp!

Run the CleanUp! installer and get the program ready to be used but don't run it yet.

Go to My Computer >Tools >Folder Options >View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing / visible. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files - option.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following;

1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

===================================================
Run a scan with HiJackThis and check the following objects for removal (close any other open windows and/or open browsers, making sure that only HJT is running);

Make sure they are checked, hit "Fix Checked".
===================================================

Open the smitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.

The tool will create a log named smitfiles.txt in the root of your drive, eg; Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

Open Ad-aware and do a full scan. Remove all it finds.

Go to Add/Remove programs list using Control Panel and uninstall the following program;

Viewpoint (might be Viewpoint manager)
AdwareAlert
This program is not considered to be trusted, and it shouldn't be used. Check the following site for a little more info;
http://www.spywarewa...nti-spyware.htm
Warez P2P Client (NOT RECOMMENDED. I will give you a link where you'll get a list of clean/infected P2P filesharing apps, and then get a clean alternative if you choose to run these.)

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders and delete if present;

C:\WINDOWS\System32\a9r3vvhm.exe
C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\ <= Entire Folder
C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert\ <= Entire Folder
C:\WINDOWS\addins\tapidoc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\mqwwx.exe
C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\ <= Entire Folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Qghtuq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Fwfthk.exe
C:\Program Files\Warez P2P Client\ <= Entire Folder
C:\Program Files\Media Access\ <= Entire Folder
C:\Program Files\Power Scan\ <= Entire Folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\kernels32.exe
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\ <= Entire Folder
c:\WINDOWS\system32\winsrvs_1.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Services\SECURITY.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Services\SVCHOST.EXE

Do NOT get confused with the file names, THEY MUST BE LIKE THIS. kernels32.exe might be similar with something else - always check from the instructions and handle the files one by one. If you can't find some of the files/folders please let me know and just go on to the next step.

Run Ewido:
  • Click on scanner
  • Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
  • NOTE; During some scans with ewido it is finding cases of false positives.
  • You will need to step through the process of cleaning files one-by-one.
  • If ewido detects a file you KNOW to be legitimate, select none as the action.
  • DO NOT select "Perform action on all infections"
  • Clean everything else (Unless you know it's legitimate as noted above.)
  • When the scan is finished, click the Save report button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Save the report to your desktop
Close Ewido

Next go to Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Web > Uncheck "Security Info" if present.

Run CleanUp! making sure to reboot!

Boot up into normal mode and click the Panda ActiveScan shortcut, then do a full system scan. Make sure the autoclean box is checked!
Save the scan log and post it along with a new HijackThis Log, the contents of the smitfiles.txt log and the Ewido Log by using Add Reply.

Well i fixed it, thanks VERY much!!
By the way i dont use Warez, i just downloaded it, it sucked so i uninstalled it.
I use Ares which works alot better.

All i had to do for this to go away was:

Download and run SmitRem

Thanks Again,

I still want to see those logs and make sure you're clean, then if you are, I'd just make sure this won't happen again. Unless you don't want to.
