Well, I came to work and asked some bright technician to help me with the problem I'm having with the computer shutting down because the remote call procedure service terminating. He told me to go into admin tools and go into services and to disable the RPC. Well I was able to do that, BUT NOW THAT HAS CREATED MORE PROBLEMS! HOW DO I GO BACK IN TO ENABLE THE RPC AGAIN?
NOW I CAN'T LOAD ANYTHING ON THIS COMPUTER!

HOW DO I GO BACK IN TO ENABLE THE RPC AGAIN?

Just go back into control panel and services, and then change to startup option for RPC to Automatic.

Did you read my reply to your earlier post?

The RPC shutdown you're experiencing is from either a Trojan trying to infect your computer, or a virus already present. You need to run Windows Update to apply the patch that will close the door to the Trojan, and then run a Virus Scan to be sure you're not infected by a virus.
