Defragmenter?

Which is the best defragmenter to use? I run Windows XP and work with alot of files in newsgroups. I have been told to get "Perfect Disk" or "Diskkeeper". I am open for all feed back and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks again

Never used Perfect Disk ,But have been using Diskeeper Pro with great success for the past 2yrs.
