Something is wrong - I think I have Malware [CLOSED]

Hi, My computer has not been acting normal for the last 3 days. All the prosess seam to big, from what I am used too (firefox taking up 50mb is not right) and there is a lot in memory (250Mb) when I start my computer up compared to noraml. It is also slow and some other things are not acting right, such as flashplay installer that I downloaded from www.macromedia.com. Can't work out what it is so I thought it might be malware thought I can't pick any thing up.

Here is the log if it is good just say and I will try to find out what else it could be (already been trying for a while but can't work it out)
