Next, please close all programs except for HiJackThis, and select Fix Checked.

Reboot your computer, and run the online scan listed below.

Panda ActiveScan<<<Accept default settings, and make sure autoclean is on. Save and post the log.

Post back with a new HJT log as well as the pandascan log.

I have just closed panda scan.... the dl never started it was takin dforever i dl'd active x as requested and I have dsl ...I did however previously scan with other virus protection as well as anti-spyware programs i will post the new hjt log shortly

Your log is looking great! I do not see any signs of an AntiVirus Program. Which program should I be looking for?

Next, please close all programs except for HiJackThis, and select Fix Checked.

Reboot your computer.

Please try to run PandaScan Again.

Also run an online trojan scan here: http://www.trojanscan.com/
Reboot when finished.

If PandaScan does not work, please run the TrendMicro Scan listed below.

Housecall<<<Put on 'Autoclean' and delete what it can't clean. Also tell me what it finds.

Post back with a new HiJackThis log, and the pandascan log if you were able to get it to work. As well as any infections the TrojanScanner found.

just wanted to let you know I wont be able to acess the infected computer untill next weekend. I left the scans running last night and awoke to someone else on the computer... I have to go back to school for the last week of summer sessoin and would appreciate we could continue this later..
