I have posted one other time, and you have helped me sooooo much :( Thank you...

I have run Ewido twice, and the same question's come up and I press no because I don't know the consequences in pushing yes...

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{11B4CBB0-31B0-483C-A4FE-D6E9E8C1A928}\RP1\A0000010.exe/VVSN.exe -> Adware.SaveNow : Error during cleaning

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{11B4CBB0-31B0-483C-A4FE-D6E9E8C1A928}\RP1\A0000059.exe/VVSN.exe -> Adware.SaveNow : Error during cleaning

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{11B4CBB0-31B0-483C-A4FE-D6E9E8C1A928}\RP1\A0001064.exe/VVSN.exe -> Adware.SaveNow : Error during cleaning

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{11B4CBB0-31B0-483C-A4FE-D6E9E8C1A928}\RP1\A0001147.exe/VVSN.exe -> Adware.SaveNow : Error during cleaning

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VVSNInst.exe/VVSN.exe -> Adware.SaveNow : Error during cleaning

Can I delete these with no worries ;)

With the first 4 they say that they are embedded in an archive...

Thank you so much for the quick responses, and the help...

:) I can't believe I wanted to put my foot through my computer :tazz: It's running better then it has in 2 years...

Teresa

Welcome back Teresa67.

Let's leave the top 4 for now. When we are done, we will create a new restore point.
  • Open HiJackThis
  • Click on the configure button on the bottom right
  • Click on the tab "Misc Tools"
  • Click on the Box that says "Uninstall Manager"
  • Click on the button "Save list"
  • Copy and past the List from notepad into your post
Also post a HijackThis scan log for me.
