WTF my screen is all weird

okay i dont know i hit some buttons and my screen tilted to the side like rotating a photo check it out

mm that screen shot wasn't even right but none its i hit ctrl+alt+up arrow and it fixed it LOL i was reading from bottom to top for a second had to ask a friend
