Problem with "Hijack This" program

After i ran "Hijack This" I deleted everything the program said to, but now when I start my computer certain programs like AVG won't startup right off the bat like they used to. Also, my millinneum keyboard won't even work. any help would be much appreciated.

Ur not supposed to delete all the items foound in HJT.
Hope u didnt disable its built-in backup function.

Open HJT. If the new users screen was enabled, Click the None of the above, just start the program button; otherwise just continue below.

In the Scan window, click the Config button. Goto Backups tab, and here u can restore all the deleted items.

what happens if i have no backup? Is there any possible way to get anything back?
