i deleted my temp files again and the file path for the virus is
c:\Documents and Settings\Philip\Application Data\Sun\Java.......
but there isn't a folder called Application Data in documents and settings

Be sure you can view hidden and system files:

Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.
