First, I would like to advise you to uninstall
ViewPoint Manager
under Add/Remove Software.

Could you please surf to:
http://www.thespykil...x.php?topic=5.0
and follow the instructions there to upload:
C:\WINDOWS\ttupt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ractui.exe
  • Download DSRFIX from HERE onto your Desktop.
  • Unzip and EXTRACT the files to your Desktop.
  • The program creates and names the new folder to house the files.
  • DO NOT RUN IT YET
  • Download Cleanup from Here (Alternate site if the above is not working Go Here)
  • A window will open and choose SAVE, then DESKTOP as the destination.
  • On your Desktop, click on Cleanup40.exe icon.
  • Then, click RUN and place a checkmark beside "I Agree"
  • Then click NEXT followed by START and OK.
  • A window will appear with many choices, keep all the defaults as set when the Slide Bar to the left is set to Standard Quality.
  • Click OK
  • DO NOT RUN IT YET
CLOSE INTERNET EXPLORER, if it is open
  • Open the folder dsrfix[list]
  • Double click on the dsrfix batch file( the one with the little gear in it )
  • Once dsrfix has completed it will close on its own
Please restart HJT, put a checkmark next to the following items, and with all windows closed except for HJT, click “Fix Checked” and EXIT the program.

Run Cleanup
  • Click on the "Cleanup" button and let it run.
  • Once its done, close the program.
REBOOT your system.

Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:
http://www.atribune....oads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads....org/l2mfix.exe
Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

Much better. Good job. :tazz:

Download Ewido, install then from within the program check for updates BUT dont scan yet
ewido security suite: http://fileforum.bet...te/1098736486/1
When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu". When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK.
We will fix this in a moment.
From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful"), Now close the program.
Do NOT run a scan yet.

Reboot into safe mode and run it.

Start the program click the scan button over to the left click custom scan, click add drive/directory/file
and add c:\documents and settings\
add c:\windows\system32\ also, then click start scan, have it remove everything found.

Then run HijackThis and check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winsync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\bjqbjj.exe reg_run

Boot back to normal and post a new HijackThis log.

Good job. :tazz:

Now copy the part in bold below into notepad and save it as getlost.reg
Set filetype to "All files"

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\Installer]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\Run]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\RunOnceEx]

Doubleclick that file and confirm you want to merge it with the registry.

Reboot and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dzdmoprp.dll

I did notice you have a lot of programs starting up that aren't really necessary.

I'll list them, but if you notice something you are sure you need, just skip that line.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\NeroCheck.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_04\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "D:\program files\quicktime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinampAgent] D:\Program Files\Winamp\winampa.exe

The next time you boot these programs will not start automatically, but they will work when you start them manually.

Should you regret any of these changes Bakups are accessible in HijackThis under Config > Backups
