Decreasing Volume

like the description sez, when i play videos on windows media player classic to play videos the sound decreases as the video progresses... and if you just click on the bar to move the movie to a different time index the volume goes back to normal, then starts to do that same thing again afterwards... but i think it happens after a sharp click each time

if anyone has any ideas then plz let me know what you think
