Hi zottekoe and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Excal and I will be helping you.

I can see that you have some malware issues. This maybe a few step process in removing it. I encourage you to stick with it and follow my directions as closely as possible so as to avoid complicating the problem further.

Can you please go into MSConfig and enable all the things that are disabled in there. Reboot and then post a fresh HiJackthis log.

thanks,

:tazz:

Hi zottekoe,

DOWNLOAD PROGRAMS

Please download ewido security suite it is a trial version of the program.

You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Then click on Start Update
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.

TSA is either a program that provides comprehensive documentation of all objects, properties and settings available in Microsoft SQL Server
or it is Adware targetsaver. I am not sure.

Delete an Entry from the Uninstall List
  • Open HiJackThis
  • Click on the "Config..." button on the bottom right
  • Click on the tab "Misc Tools"
  • Click on the Box that says "Uninstall Manager"
  • Click on the entry you wish to delete
  • Click on Delete this entry (The ABI Network- A Division of Direct Revenue)
  • Click "Yes"

You don't have Microsoft SQL Server, so more than likely it is Targetsaver.

Let me take a look at your activescan log

Open notepad, copy and paste next content (bold) in it:

dir C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna /a h > files.txt
notepad files.txt

Save this as look.bat ,choose to save as *all files and save it to your desktop.
Doubleclick on it and notepad will open with some text in it.
Copy and paste this in your next reply.

Are you on the admin account?

And I still need to view that active scan log please.

Thanks,
