OIN and other spyware persist [CLOSED]

Here is my Hyjack This log, please let know what my next steps should be. I have followed all of the steps leading up to this point and have (seemingly) elimiated the majority of the malware that has infected my computer. I think that OIN is persisting as I cannot remove it from my programs. When I try it takes me to their website where a code and uninstall are available. I don't believe that this will remove it from my machine.

When I go to the MSN site to update to SP1a, I am unable to install the following components:

Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773)
Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130)
Update for Windows XP (KB898461)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
