With GoBack installed the computer goes thru the shut down process (last message on the screen - windows is shutting down), however the computer will not power off automatically. With Goback disabled or uninstalled the computer does power off automatically. I have been to the msconfig and done a selective start turning off 'load start up items', system ini, win.ini one at at a time to try to isolate the problem - no luck. My computer was purchased July 14 and Norton Go Back wsa installed for the first time July 18 (several more uninstalls and re-installs after this). Any guidance?
