Ever since I updated my bios a couple of days ago, when I logon to my computer, the program folder with the BIOS update utility opens up automatically. I don't know why this is. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for the advice. The problem is however that this a folder, not a program, so it is not listed under the startup services.

May sound obvious but have you by any chance left a disc with the BIOS update program on it in your floppy or CD drive ?
