Modem Detection

Hi, I recently reformatted my comp and now Windows cannot detect my modem, I dont think my dad got a disk with the comp for the modem or it would be wit the other disks..am I screwed guys?

So I SHOULD have a disk with the driver for the modem and all the otheres basically? a floppy?

The PC is about 6 years old and Im using Dialup
