A popup window begging us to confirm our dial up MSN connection is preventing us from using our Firefox browser. How do I get rid of it ? We do NOT have MSN dial up - we have cable connection through Comcast. Thank you.
Also a dllpngu window opens at startup _every_ time - we got rid of this last year after weeks of torture, but I don't remember how . Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you encore. xxxxxxxxx kyra

Okay, while I was waiting, I ran the Winfix (?) program you recommended to someone else and got rid of the MSN dial up popup...I think. So: the question now is how do I get rid of the DLL filePNGU3263.DLL the system is searching for when I start up ?
Thank you, this site is a mental health saver. xxxxxxxx kyra
