any one know how to recover my pass word for adminstrator to do a repair in windows xp , i tried nothing , seems there must be password even though i dont remember doing one .

Well, hate to say it but you are on your own here.. The forum policy does not allow any assistance in hacking, cracking or by-passing passwords..

first off this is my machine and i am the registered owner of windows xp thanks to microsodft just trying to figure out way to repair my startup filss , i getting this eerior when starting Explorer exe browser dll missing

This just may be your system or it could be another system you are trying to get into.. I only have your word on that and, unfortunately, that isn't enough to violate policy!!

what's the full issue causing you to think you need your admin password?(what started you to think you needed to repair)

this is the errior I am getting and sysytem won't go no farther
when starting Explorer exe browser dll missing

Boot into safe mode and try an SFC first, before a repair install:
Start > Run > cmd and type
sfc /scannow (note the space) You will be prompted for the cd, not a password.

sfc - system file checker, retrieves the correct version of the file from %Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache or the Windows installation source files, and then replaces the incorrect file.

If you want to see what was replaced, right click My Computer > manage, expand event viewer > system.

I can't get that far stops with that errior other wise would do that guess time to format and reinstall loosing everything !!!!!!!!!!
