RichFX and Installing Real Player 10

When trying to install Realplayer 10 I get the RichFX Fatal Error. under the error it says:
.\dnfile.h(110): assertion TryWriteBytes (p.len) Failed

I have tried to reinstall RichFX player so I can delete in after I install RealPlayer but it won't let me install, It says it can't open a dll file in a non existant
program files/symantic directory.

I downloaded the uninstall file from RichFX and although it says it works I get the same error when trying to install Realplayer 10.

I have re downloaded real Player 5 or 6 times and still doesn't work

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying not to Fdisk this Hard Drive.
